Big Spring Area Community Center
The Big Spring Area Community Center is a federally approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The center is located in Newville, Pennsylvania in the western part of Cumberland County and is committed to providing
the following:
Recreational indoor and outdoor sports, health/wellness activities and education programs Social Activities including dances, craft shows, bingo, seasonal meals, bus trips and professional wrestling Facilities for rental for group meetings, receptions, dances, dinners, as well as an outdoor sports field complex Human Services for crisis, mental health, drug and alcohol, budget counseling and social worker services Emergency Shelter for Newville borough, surrounding communities, Big Spring School District, and is a designated American Red Cross emergency shelter (Cumberland County Chapter)
These services are designed for families and individuals of all ages by partnering with the community, individuals, businesses, services providers,
civic groups, and government agencies for the betterment of area citizens and the local community.
